The listing is posted in the regional MLS and forwarded through Listing Hub to every major real estate search engine in the US Canada and a number of them in Asia and Europe. The marketing is supplemented by an aggressive email program plus area and community postcard mailings. Showings are coordinated with the Seller through an appointment program called Showing Time.
